Fast, efficient and professional. Paulo my service writer is outstanding.

It was quick and stressful free. They used all incentives possible and got to the absolute lowest price possible. They didnt hound me into anything extra. They listened to what I wanted and got me exactly that.

Professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly

Had my steering wheel replaced for the 2nd time. When I was going back home the cruise control did not work. I called and finally have leave a message to call me back. I had to call Monday again so I can get it looked at again.

Explain very well friendly

I was pleased with my experience with my service to my 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ. I had a tear on one of my front drive axle boots, the dealership was able to order parts and repair the drive axle.

In and out under 2 hours. The team did a great job.

Paulo is great. I live in the Metroplex, but I always take my truck to Glenn Polk.

Love dealing with my service concierge! She is very polite and friendly. Always helpful. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I had asked for my tire pressures to be at 38 after rotation, and when I was driving saw they were at 34/35. So - that sucked. Especially this morning (when it was so cold) they were at 30/31 - thus the need for higher pressure.

Exceptional Service at Glenn Polk Chevrolet!

All the people in the service department are great. They do there best to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. This is a Prime example. Took it in Friday for a light that came on the dash. They found my problem, replaced the part and I had my car back Monday morning.

Paulo and Teresa are always so nice and I just went in for an oil change and mentioned the wiper fluid was hit or miss on coming out. They checked it out and it was just loose and they fixed it.

had 1st oil and filter change on vehicle purchased at Polk. Everybody went over and above for me, I asked for an oil sample, and to receive the used filter for testing, they were happy to do this. I wanted to take a look under the vehicle, they let me. they explained in detail what they were doing to the car and why. I needed the TPMS sensors reset, they did this at no cost for me, and did a safety recall all in one visit, while I waited. This dealership is the best!

Hayden McMains made this experience great. He was professional, courteous, and made certain I got the cat I wanted. Justin Grady helped me get the deal I wanted financially. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

I love going there for anything with looking for a new vehicle to bringing it in for oil change or any other maintenance on my vehicles. They always listen and always takes care of you like family.

Had issues scheduling the appointment online, but it was super easy to call and schedule the appointment. Wait time was super minimal (like I blinked and my car was done). Service Tech was amazing and let me know I had GM points that I could use towards my service, which ended up saving me $80.

Glenn Polk is simply the best dealership to work with.

Very courteous and helpful

I purchased 4 tires, 4 TPMS sensors, and had the tires mounted and balanced. The work was done perfectly, the wheels were not damaged or touched by the machine.

Buying a new car was a difficult decision for me .I went to many dealerships and visited with quite a few salesmen and vehicles.I had kept my previous car for 9 years so the new technology was intimidating and concerning to me . I needed a patient and helpful salesperson . I found the right salesperson in Jonathan Pierce.He and his team were accommodating to me and helped me through the process.

Nothing but positive! We worked with Dakota Wright as our salesperson, but all staff were very interactive! We had originally come in to look at one vehicle and decided against it. We asked to test the Yukon Denali XL that was on the lot and we really liked the way it drove and felt. However, we really wanted the Glacier White color instead of the Summitt White. Dakota and the others were able to locate a vehicle for us that perfectly met what we wanted and had it transported to their dealership within one day. We loved it. The experience was positive all the way through the process - from walking in, to negotiations, to finance, and out the door. We will definitely return!
