Trent started in the car business in 1993 after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University. Earning "Salesman of the Month" eleven times during his first year of sales granted him a promotion to finance manager. In 1995, Trent assisted his dad in opening Glenn Polk Ford & Mercury. Today, Trent travels between all four locations and ensures customer & employee satisfaction. Trent and his wife, Stacie, have two kids, "Conner & Ashtyn" and a grandson, Lynx.
When away from work, Trent enjoys donating time at his local church where he guides youth, heads prayer services & leads a class assisting those with daily struggles. Trent is also a member of the Cooke County Rotary Club and devotes much of his time to Fix My Ride.

Shawn’s fascination with cars began when he was just a year old. During high school and summer breaks, he worked in the wash bay before moving into the parts and service departments. After graduating from Lindsay High School, Shawn attended the National Automobile Dealers Association’s Dealer Academy in McLean, VA, where he prepared to continue the family legacy.
Today, Shawn is deeply involved in the family business, traveling between stores to work alongside employees and greet customers. He has two daughters and a son—each already showing signs of one day joining the dealership family.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time on the lake with his family, coaching his son’s sports teams, and staying active in the community. Whether serving on a local board or sponsoring school events, he is passionate about giving back. Shawn feels blessed to live and work in North Texas, where strong community support continues to bring people together.

David West, better known by most as “DW,” was born and raised in Thackerville, Oklahoma. Shortly after graduating high school, he was working full-time at the Thackerville sand plant when he noticed a newspaper advertisement for a car sales position with Glenn Polk Auto Group. In 2006, DW decided to take a chance on the automotive industry—and he hasn’t looked back since.
Just three months into his new career, DW earned Salesperson of the Month, quickly proving his natural talent for connecting with customers and delivering results. After two successful years with Glenn Polk Auto Group, he and his family relocated to nearby Decatur, Texas, where he joined a Chevrolet/GMC dealership. There, DW immersed himself in learning the product and refining his craft while setting his sights on a future in management.
In 2019, when Glenn Polk Auto Group purchased the local Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership, DW saw the opportunity to reunite with his Polk family. As General Sales Manager of the Chevrolet Buick GMC location, he led the store to numerous sales records, built a loyal and motivated team, and gained valuable leadership experience that prepared him for the next step in his career.
In 2026, DW was promoted to Platform Manager of Glenn Polk Auto Group. In this role, he travels between all 4 dealership locations, ensuring customers receive exceptional service, employees have the support they need to succeed, and the organization continues to raise the bar and break records.
DW’s passion for people, leadership, and performance continues to make a lasting impact across the Glenn Polk Auto Group. When he's not at the store, you'll often find DW on the lake fishing with his wife Lorene or cooking for the family.

Brandon grew up in Bakersfield, California, and began his automotive career in 2015 at Glenn Polk Auto Group’s Ford location. Quickly rising through the ranks to Sales Manager, he spent 10 years mastering sales before broadening his expertise at the Chevrolet Buick GMC location, where he now serves as General Sales Manager.
Drawn to the business by his passion for connecting with people, Brandon excels at building relationships and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and rewarding car-buying experience.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and hunting. He is a proud father of twin daughters and shares his home with two dogs. Known for his easygoing attitude, if you spend enough time with him, you’ll probably hear his favorite saying: “It is what it is.”

Justin grew up in Denton, TX, and graduated from Liberty Christian School. He began his career in car sales in 2011, drawn by his love for interacting with people and helping them enjoy the car-buying experience. As Sales Manager, Justin is passionate about making every customer feel confident and excited about their purchase while building lifelong relationships along the way.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He is a proud father of three boys and shares his home with his Golden Retriever “Oakley”. Fun fact: Justin went to school with Luke Kornet, who currently plays for the San Antonio Spurs.

Johnny, better known as “Rocket,” brings energy, experience, and a passion for helping people to every customer interaction. A Denton High School alum (Class of ’97), Johnny has spent the past seven years building his career in the automotive industry, where he’s developed a reputation for making the car-buying process simple, straightforward, and enjoyable.
As the dealership Corvette Specialist, Johnny combines his professional expertise with his lifelong love of performance vehicles. His nickname “Rocket” comes from his passion for speed, with a background full of motorcycles and high-performance cars—making him a go-to resource for customers looking for something truly exciting behind the wheel.
Outside of work, Johnny and his better half, Jenny, stay busy raising their blended family of seven kids—so he understands firsthand the importance of finding a vehicle that fits both lifestyle and budget.

Jonathan Pierce, also known as “JP” grew up in North Texas and graduated from Muenster High School in 2014. He started his journey in the auto industry in 2024 after spending over two years in the power sports industry. JP was drawn to car sales because it gives him the opportunity to help people find a vehicle that truly fits their lifestyle, a purchase that’s both meaningful and essential.
Outside of work, JP enjoys spending time with his fiancée, two daughters, their three dogs & a pet monkey named Spanky who is his ninja sidekick. He’s also a cooking enthusiast, loves trying new recipes, plays a little golf, and enjoys video games. A self-proclaimed nerd, he collects Magic: The Gathering cards and enjoys learning new technical computer skills.

Michael Nack grew up in Denton, Texas, where he attended local schools before graduating and stepping into his family’s garden center business. Over the course of 12 years, he developed a strong foundation in customer service, product knowledge, and relationship-building—skills that naturally carried over into his current career in automotive sales.
Since 2019, Michael has been thriving in the car business, a path he was encouraged to pursue by a coworker who recognized his natural talent for sales. Today, he genuinely enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships along the way. To Michael, the automotive industry feels much like running a family business—centered around trust, connection, and long-term service.
Outside of work, Michael is all about the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, fishing, or hunting, he enjoys spending time in nature and is especially excited about introducing his family to golf. He also enjoys a good poker game when the opportunity arises.
Family is at the heart of everything Michael does. He and his wife have three children—Harley, Lila, and Trae—and they enjoy country living alongside their farm cats and their indoor dog, Theo.

Orlando grew up in the small country town of Hoxie, Kansas, where experiencing all kinds of weather in a single day was just part of life. He graduated from Hoxie High School and served as an F.C.C.L.A. District Officer; an experience that helped him discover his path toward a career in sales.
Orlando entered the car business in the fall of 2022, shortly after venturing out of his home state. New opportunities opened up along the way, eventually leading him to join Glenn Polk—a decision he took wholeheartedly and hasn’t looked back on since.
Outside of work, Orlando enjoys outdoor activities, competitive games, and a good round of Texas Hold’em. Known for his adventurous spirit, he’s always willing to try new things. Aspen Knifong grew up in Thackerville, Oklahoma, before moving to Decatur, Texas, where she graduated from high school. She joined the car business in May 2025, shortly after graduating from Texas Woman’s University. Inspired by her father’s years of hard work and success in the industry, Aspen decided to follow in his footsteps and build her own path in automotive sales.
Outside of work, Aspen enjoys spending time with her husband Kaden, her family and their two dogs. She is also excitedly preparing for a new addition to the family, with a baby on the way.

Cory grew up in Ardmore, OK, and graduated from Plainview High School. His passion for cars started at a young age, and in late 1996, he began his career in the dealership business working part-time. Over the years, Cory has honed his expertise and now leads as a dedicated Service Manager.
Outside of work, Cory enjoys spending time with his family and indulging his love for drag racing. He’s a proud father of three: twin daughters and a teenage son. Their household is lively, with three dogs, three cats, and a saltwater fish tank adding to the fun.

Theresa grew up in Decatur, TX, and graduated from Decatur High School in 2020. She is currently in her final year at Texas Women’s University, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting.
Though she officially started in the car business in 2021, Theresa has been around the dealership world since 2006, working alongside her dad. She was drawn to the industry by her love for working with people and helping them, enjoying the fast-paced environment and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers.
